We first met with Case Manager Lisa, who is very knowledgeable in all the aspects of the home care world, and guided us with respect and empathy. Mother I shout out to Felix and the scheduling department For never leaving my mother without care. And last, but not least, the most wonderful Home Healthcare Aid. Miss Gloria, who I consider a family member. Through her kindness And ability to adapt in our home, no matter what the situation, has earned our trust and will always be in our hearts .
