It’s all automotive and can never get to speak to a human It’s awful and a waste of time
Also sears did not give the service guy the right service order It was suppose to say warrantee but he got it as a to be paid service
After calling sears 6 times being told I am on warrantee the repair dept never corrected there files I spoke to 6 different people and no one could help This is unacceptable I will make it my business to tell anyone thinking of getting sears warrantee about this

Very comfortable with the Sears service and especially thanks to Tecnico Richard for being an excellent professional and helping us with our washing machine, it looked like new, thanks Richard!
The tech found where the leak was. It was not the washer but the connecting pipe behind the machine. I was happy he found the problem so quickly and paid the reasonable diagnostic fee. I will now call a plumber.
