If I could leave negative stars I would. Currently writing this from the side of the road where I've been for 3hrs waiting on a tow. Road america cancelled my first tow because the truck that was supposed to tow me never came. I tried calling multiple times and was sent to voicemail. It wasn't until I used a different phone where my call was picked up immediately and was told that my truck wasn't coming and needed to submit a new request. My "new tow" isn't coming for another 2 hours essentially having left me stranded for almost a total of 5hrs at this point. I will never ever ever recommend this company to anyone. You should be ashamed of the service you provide.

I would Not Recommend Rd., America through the Harley owners group to anyone it absolutely gave us no assistance whatsoever left us on the side of the road for four hours with a diabetic husband in 105° weather ended up having to get her bike trailer with a complete stranger who happen to offer to help us two weeks of trying to make a complaint to them they give me wrong email address is all they do is take it down on the phone and say someone will call in 1 to 2 days it's been two weeks I've called three times I still have no response from them absolutely the worst company ever do not buy it

Absolutely terrible service. If there's any way you can avoid this company please do so, it will save you hours of aggravation. They could not process a repair claim from my warranty company with many excuses, incorrect VIN number, phones were down, my call sent to voice mail which was full! Incredible. Then they asked for a faxed copy of the estimate! Fax...they are back in the 20th century from a technology perspective. Again, make sure you have nothing to do with this Company! BTW, I tried to give them no stars,, but the review wouldn't post. It should be a 0 star review.
