I called them on Saturday morning about hearing what seemed to be a rodent in the attic and by Saturday afternoon the traps were in place. The very next day in the early morning hours I heard the trap go off. They came back and removed the rodent. Super knowledgeable, professional and with great customer service. Having gone in the past to a nationally known pest control company that were not able to help, Rickkie Pest Control exceeded my expectations. Rikkie is just Great! He cares for you and the animals..!! We had an issue with a Racoon in my back yard, we were very concerned since we have a teacup Poodle, Rikkie help us out thru all the process of catching the Raccoon..we got 2 Possums before and he set different traps at the end we got two and finally we got the Raccoon and then we heard the small babies.. he help thru the removal and taking the babies and the Mother to a safe environment.Thanks Rikkie!!Esteban
