We loved this place until 1.we noticed that our clothes came back with holes 2.we got clothes back that wasn't ours a couple of times.Don't know if we are missing some of ours. 3.soft clothes came back not so soft and fluffy 4.when I called about this,sorry was the only thing we got. Now we drive a little further but we even get pictures of what clothing we bring to them so nothing can go wrong with our laundry.
