I have taken two jackets to have their sleeves altered. They were very friendly and attentive and the result of the work was impeccable, professional and on time. I highly recommend them.
The lady who works at that dry cleaning store is stinkier than a dog with mange, the one who I think is the owner (well, corduroy) should tell the lady that she is not in Venezuela, that she should learn what customer service is!!
I really like this place as the owner is very customer service oriented and they provide pick up and delivery. I just wish they picked up their phone or fixed it. We always call them to request pick up but they beve pick up. We have to end up choosing other provider.
