First On Site Restoration is by far the most superior restoration company I have worked with. They are quick to assess damages and quick to get them repaired or replaced. Professional and courteous. I would use them for any future restoration needs.
We had a wonderful experience with First on Site. A dryer vent cleaning job seemed small to me but everyone in the office Maria and Catherine, Yuniel who came to assess the job, David the op mgr., and of course our techs Herman and ?, were fantastic. Very helpful ,knowledgeable and efficient. Not to mention so clean! A possibly messy job was contained and left tidy. I highly recommend
First Onsite was fantastic in their response to a large flood on our property after a sprinkler head broke off on the 20th floor. They responded right away, kept daily reports that were emailed to our office throughout the remediation work and restoring damaged areas back to normal. Knowing that First Onsite is also a General Contractor that can put everything back together, made our lives much easier. I recommend First Onsite to any community. You should start your relationship with them now before an emergency occurs.
