This is the best yoga studio in Miami. I'm blessed to have them close to home in Doral. The teachers are trained in a variety of yoga styles: Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Restorative and much more. The service is warm, personable and professional.

I came here with a friend for a restorative yoga class. The class was just what I needed after a three hour flight from Boston. David, the owner, was very welcoming when I walked in. The atmosphere for the whole studio is relaxing. The studio provided yoga blocks and straps and blankets. The tea at the end was a great way to end the class. I felt much more relaxed and refreshed walking out than coming in. If I lived in the area I'd be a regular customer.

Oriana she is excellent teacher! I really enjoyed her class. Also I have also learned from all the teachers. I have grown little by little in yoga and thanks to this place I have fallen in love with yoga, it is the place where we all share and are in favor of well-being. David is very kind and very helpful in the yoga class!

I am in love w/ this studio!! I feel this place like home. I really enjoy their classes. I tried yoga w/ Gaby, David, Anastasia and Azalea and all of theme are really amazing! Highly recommend this hidden gem!
