I’ve had my haircut here few times, I didn’t like the cut from tony berg, however Kyle o brien did a very good job. I had scheduled an appointment with Kyle that was canceled due to him being sick, upon rescheduling there was a mix up and I was set to be with Tony instead of Kyle. I called the shop 15-20 minutes in advance once I realized the mistake to reschedule. I was told I could reschedule but would not be refunded as I did not cancel an hour in advance. I found this strange since my appointment with Kyle was canceled by him at 11:23am and the appointment was at 12:15. That’s less than an hour in advance. It’s sad I was not properly refunded I would have been a long time customer but I will not longer be returning to this location as I do not feel like it was handled appropriately.
