Wonderful experience here. We did a couples massage. My masseuse was Amy and she was amazing! I told her about a problem spot I was having and she paid special attention to it. It felt so much better after. 💆🏻‍♀️
Just a heads up - on the receipt they don't make it prominent that they automatically include gratuity (20%). (I think they list it as a service fee or something.) They told me over the phone when I made the appointment, but my husband checked out as I was finishing getting dressed and he included his normal gratuity on top of what was automatically included. Janelle Ayala was amazing from initial encounter to the end of my deep tissue massage! I had some focus areas I wanted worked on due to recent pain and tightness. She listened to my request for focus on my upper back and it really helped! My husband also had a deep tissue massage by her earlier in the week and said it was fantastic which is why he booked me a massage with her. If you need deep tissue or have a specific area that needs worked on, I recommend booking with Janelle!

Service and staff are 5 stars! My service was wonderful! However, facilities are small, there are only 4 loungers, the only thing to do before/after your service are shower or a saunas (no hot tub, no pool access, no quiet room) and no complimentary champagne, just a snack mix and tea, which was mostly empty. Also the prices are higher than advertised on the website (they add a 20% service charge & say it's not a tip to the person doing your service, but if you ask, they get 18% of it.)
