I want to thank SRW Heating & Cooling for helping us out in a worse case scenario situation: AC unit completely fails in late August in FL during one of the hottest weeks of the year.We bought our house which was built in 2002 in December of 2017. Everything was working well, inspection passed, no major issues, but my real estate agent (Rob Nay) new that a Home Protection Plan was important because of the age of the home. It paid off in the first year, so I purchased it again this year and am very glad I did! Even though the warranty company (ORHP) couldn't seem to find the right person to help...I knew I could!SRW had helped us in the previous year with AC maintenance... read full review

This company is great! One of the technicians was delayed at a job and Robert, the owner, came out and took care of my issue. Since my company is in the service industry, I know how important it is to step up and do what's needed.
