Carlos is a brilliant, engaging teacher with great energy and intelligent analogies and metaphors, and the environment is very welcoming! His substitute teachers also offer ideal instructions when he is away. ?

I stopped in while I was on vacation and was lucky enough to train with Professor Carlos Diaz. Being a black belt and gym owner myself I chose to train at a Gracie gym because I knew there would be high level instruction and safe environment. I was 100% correct! The professor taught an amazing class as expected and the gym was extremely neat and clean. If you are looking for a place to train in Destin with friendly students and a knowledgeable instructor this is your place!

Welcoming friendly environment strongly recommend! Professor Carlos Is a great instructor. Not just explaining how to do the moves but the why and fundamental principles behind the movement.
