“Chase and his team at Carrot Top Designs redid my fireplace. It started out as a typical builders-grade fireplace with a small white surround and mantle with floor tile cut into thirds inside the surround. Very typical for new construction. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't very pretty either.The team came in and removed everything, evened up the fireplace face, tiled the whole front with a pretty marble herringbone tile, and later had some cabinet installers install a mantle I had supplied so that it all is very custom and personalized to my taste. It came out beautifully and the work is top-notch.All that is left is for me to have someone out to put in a self-return or mitered end on the baseboards by the side of the fireplace and enjoy the fireplace when it is cold again!They are a very professional team and I'm also having Carrot Top Designs put in cabinets and shelves next to the fireplace and in my laundry room. That team has been great as well and another review will follow when that work is complete“

“It was a great experience from placing order online and working one on one with customer support. We found out late Friday afternoon our contractor was short two boxes of flooring to finish our kitchen! Unfortunately the flooring had been discontinued mid september we originally ordered it the beginning of September. We live in the northeast and between our contractor and us we could not find anyone with the flooring. Floorzz showed it on their website, however; so did 4 other sites! Floorzz however gave us the option to place the order, other sites didn’t. We waited till Monday and I emailed them to confirm it was actually in stock. Jamie immediately responded and told me yes they had it and where it was shipping from and by what method! We received the tracking number once it shipped and we received it by Friday early afternoon and was installed that day! Communication was awesome!!! I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.“
