Rick was amazing! He came to Fort Walton from Destin right away. He thoroughly explained what we were up against with a new Mama Racoon and her litter that took up residency in our attic. He's more interested in relocating rather than exterminating creatures. We would not hesitate to work with him again. Great guy!
