We had a bed bug scare and had to act quickly. Future Services (Art) was very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything and had someone on site the next day. Very professional, polite and respectful staff both on the phone and in person. We use them for exterior quarterly service now as well.Service: Bed bug extermination
Future services took care of our bedbug problem in the first treatment. We had another company before that did nothing to get rid of the bedbugs. Future Services' technicians came out and were so knowledgeable and friendly that it was a pleasure working with them. We found 2 bedbugs 2 months after our first treatment and they immediately came out to take care of it. We never had another issue with bedbugs. Their customer service department is amazing! They're the best I've seen. They not only exterminate, but they also serve a preventative service as well. Termix cost more and didn't result a riddance of pest. Future, however did. Highly recommended!!!!Services: Home inspection
