Ann is extremely sweet and down to earth. She is not new age-y or hippie if that freaks you out during a massage. She does nice body work. However, she is not an accomplished office manager and needs to hire someone to handle her booking and call backs. It took me weeks to arrange for a massage, with days in between my phone calls or emails and her responses. When I did manage to catch her on the phone, I felt like she was harried and I was kind of a problem she just needed to go away.
