They gave me the contacts with the wrong Prescription and still got it wrong after the second time, the doctor is kind but the other workers are awful. Not coming back. The people that work there act like their doing a favor for you and in reality I am paying for the service. I don't recommend anyone to go here because they are TERRIBLE. Go somewhere else before entering there.

Great location with nice people and a great doctor. I think their Eyecare Club is the best deal in town – especially if you don't have vision insurance. There doesn't seem to be any catch. The exam was thorough and quick. I was out the door with a new contact lens prescription in 45 mins.

Went here 4 weeks ago— was told my glasses would be done by the 6th. I called on the 7th to just ask about them and was rudely met with “did you get a text???” I hung up. I work in a gas station and don’t talk to people with that amount of disregard. I’ve been wearing glasses since i was 6. I’m 23, i lost my glasses at a theme park and need them replaced. I’m experiencing immense migraines and nausea due to not having them. The receptionists here are honestly the worst, most unwelcoming people I’ve ever experienced in a lifetime of eye doctors appointments. I will next time pay hundreds out of pocket to avoid having to deal with people that treat others this way.

I was on vacation when I realized I didn’t bring my contacts. I made an appt here and planned the go in the morning. I’m not from the area and due to local construction I was 20 minutes late to my appt. They were able to fit me in and the service was very fast and efficient. Thank you 🙏

I’ve been wearing progressive lenses for 20 years. This wad the worst experience ever. I can not see to read with the glasses and my intermediate vision is blurry. Wes was rude and condescending and is insisting that it takes 2 weeks before you are able to adjust to a new prescription before you can see clear enough to read. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!

I was told I was purchasing 6 months of color contact, regular contacts that had my astigmatism prescription as well as glasses. They ordered 6 months worth of color contacts, a WEEK worth of the contacts I need for DAILY use and glasses. I spent $650 and didn’t get the contacts I NEED and their general manager Wes is refusing to help with the misunderstanding. The store in Panama City is ordering a box for each eye on THEIR behalf for DESTINS mistake because the Destin store does not feel as though they did anything wrong. I will not be returning to this store and probably won’t be using americas best any more either. Why in the world would I order 6 months of color contacts and NONE of the contacts that had my regular prescription on them?? I’m SO UNSATISFIED! And the customer service to accommodate me from this store for their OWN MISTAKE was terrible.

This was my most pleasant visit to an eye doctor appt. The staff was approachable, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Big shoutouts to Katherine, Faith, Dr. Shin, and Flynn!! Flynn went above and beyond what was expected of him to ensure the pricing through my insurance was correct and to get my glasses sent to me. I live in another town, and he gladly shipped them to my local store for pick-up. Thank you all! I will happily drive the 1.5 hours when I need my next appt!

Queenie has so much knowledge on fitting and sizing to your needs, she was pleasant and patient with me. ALSO I brought my friend in with her vision script to look at glasses and show her the variety and pricing is amazing. Most of all thanks for working with Queenie and I do appreciate
