As a dancer and instructor for 19 years and recently stopping my body has just been killing me. I saw a chiropractor in south Florida for years and he was decent. I waited until I found someone in Destin who was very good. Dr.Ben has been nothing but amazing. He really takes the time to understand his patients and it's apparent how much he cares about his patients well being. I will never go to a different chiropractor again. I randomly chose this facility But desperately needed an adjustment because I was in a lot of pain while on vacation. I was blown away by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff and Dr. Payne. I've been going to chiropractors for 35 years, and this is absolutely without a doubt the best adjustment I've ever had. Ever. I walked away immediately feeling aligned and more balanced. The pain and headache I had for a week was gone instantly. Their approach to care was well rounded. He has you walk for five minutes after your adjustment so that your alignment stays longer. They have massage therapist, and nutritional assistance as well. I would give this place 20 stars!

Last week I was on vacation and injured my shoulder playing in the waves with my grandchildren. I had lost most of the range of motion and had constant pain. I was sure I had torn ligaments in my shoulder and would need to see a surgeon. I decided to at least try the Chiropractor first. "What could it hurt?" BEST DECISION I MADE! I found Dr. Payne on line. Called and explain my issue to the receptionist. She told me to come right on in and after I completed my paperwork was seen immediately.
