I have been coming to this off for several years and have a had a great experience. Dr. Z is an expert at his craft. However, today was a huge disappointment to me and my 5 stars quickly dropped to 3. I guess my insurance dropped Dr. Z the day before my appointment. However, I was still called by the staff to ensure I was coming and verifying my insurance. When I arrived for my appt they again verified my insurance. During none of this time did they tell me my insurance had dropped them. I had went into Dr. Z office with a mouth full of decay. With personal issues preventing me to go to a dentist and bad experiences in other dentists I didn’t go to one for about 6 years. Dr. Z office is full of nice and caring staff! I pass out when I see or get shots and each time I went they held my hand !It made me feel comfortable. Dr. Z himself is an absolute amazing dentist and he knows what he’s doing . I got three BIG procedures done and now sent off to an orthodontist. I highly recommend Dr. Z. Dr. Z is hands down the best doctor around. He is very knowledgeable as well as informative and very up front with you about everything. His staff is by far top notch! I can't imagine going anywhere else for my Dental needs and I am so happy to have found his office when I truly needed someone to be understanding. This is the office to go to if you have any sort of fear or anxiety that surrounds the Dentist, after just 1 visit and I was fist bumpin Dr. Z after my visit!!
