3 star.. Because I have been a customer in the past and I've never had a problem. On this last visit, I brought a dress I needed to be tailored when I was quoted $35. I was okay with it. She said it may cost more. When they called to say it was $50, I decided not to tailor my dress.
When I went to go pick up the dress, she picked it up from a table full of clothes, the dress was wrinkled and the sash was just handing dragging on the floor. She laid the dress on the counter in front of me and walked away. 😒
Nothing spectacular, giving 4, but feels more like a 3.5. The seamstress wasn't on site at the store opening, had to return later in the day. Questioned my request for hemming, ultimately did what I asked and I was happy but have gotten better service elsewhere. Prices are competitive, though.
I have been taking my pants to executive dry cleaners for several years. I had always been very pleased with the result. I have also had some minor tailoring done. Mostly just redo the hems.
They always great me with a smile and a friendly hello.
