Made an appointment online for my 3 son's. I went through there reviews liked the reviews. Was looking for a place to be out regular spot. Had appointments for 3, 3:30 and 4 got there and it was dark no one was there. No one wrote me on Facebook messenger saying they wouldnt be there. Drove all the way over there to just waste my time. Call the guy and he said he wasn't working due to the weather (barely raining) but couldn't write me before hand and didn't even apologize.

So I will preface this complaint saying my hair has grown out a bit since I got my last cut. So yesterday made an appointment at 1:30 to get a cut at 4. When I arrive there was an emergency, so he had to leave and David told me he’d be back in a little bit, idk what that means but obviously expecting a text later that day so I can get a cut....but nothing obviously. As well as today it’s been 24 hrs since we last spoke and no effort made to reschedule the appointment or any effort to set me up with another barber. I’m really annoyed because not only did you waste my time, you also lost me money being that I clocked out early to make sure I was on time. So obviously those giving 5 stars most likely are his friends but if your a client he doesn’t know well then you’re most likely shit out of luck.
