Air Nation is a life saver! I needed multiple appliances & HVAC issues fixed and thought I'd have to schedule multiple visits over time from different companies or just buy brand new if it got too expensive. I found AirNation and was able to get an appointment for a quote within 24 hours. Unfortunately, they ran late but eventually made up for it with excellent service, knowledge, transparency and efficiency.
I was pleasantly surprised with the total price I was quoted and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad that I did. James is a highly qualified technician that knows his stuff. He & his teammate came with a great attitude and knocked out all my problems in just couple of hours. I'm relieved and extremely grateful to be able to get everything done. I would definitely work with them again.

Don't listen to any bad reviews of James at Air Nation...He has been a Life Saver on 2 separate occasions that our A/C unit needed immediately attention. He came right out late in the day, fixed the issue that other company said could not be done and needed to buy their new complete system.....and James did it at a superb price...BOTH TIMES! Will eventually have to replace our system, since its over 25 years old now..and you can bet your bottom dollar WHO we will be calling for that job!

We hired Air Nation to replace our duct work in two houses, one with ducts in an attic and one in a crawlspace. Both jobs were difficult and they over came all issues to get the job done. The duct work is much better than before and we are very happy with the results and total cost.

The technician that came to my home was very nice very fast and efficient and does not try to scam you into spending hundreds of dollars would highly recommend. Update: they just replaced my entire HVAC system and did a wonderful job.

The owner james did not show up on time, not to mention after i told him what i wanted he took 3 weeks to install it and did it wrong and now my wood floor is rotting. I would think twice before calling air nation

Absolutely scumbag salesman. On drugs for sure. They don't listen to the customer and I want a refund! Stay far away! Clearly unethical and out to rip off anyone and everyone. Prey on women and dismiss questions from a knowledgeable man. Disgusting they are out here ripping off our community. We still have issues with our refrigerator that we're not addressed. Their labor rate is $200/hr by the way! You cam buy a new appliance for the cost of repair. Don't call them!

Started the repair process with them the end of November 2022. After missing two appointments and rescheduling twice, James came out and verified that the oven needed a new igniter switch (which was what was suspected) but said since it was a Samsung gas appliance he would need to order the part. He estimated it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. Part was paid for, and the waiting began. Seemed like good timing since that would be right before Christmas. Never got a call.After not hearing anything for over a month, left a message about when the part should arrive. Was told that James needed to check the inventory, but it showed it was shipped and received but he wasn’t sure if it was physically on hand.James finally set an appointment to repair the oven. He missed yet another appointment without any call or notification. When called to reschedule he said his truck broke down.On the next appointment day, once again there was no text or call but he never showed up. This time he said it was because his phone broke, so that kind of explained the no call/text, but he still never reached out to reschedule. He swore up and down he would call or text to schedule a new appointment the next day.It’s now been an additional week and a half since he was last heard from. My oven has been broken for three months. James/Air Nation has yet to call back. When I call the voicemail is full. Resorted to calling from a different number because I didn’t know if he was avoiding the number or not.He seemed like he knew what was wrong and was fast to diagnose the issue, but unless your repair can be done on the spot; don’t bother. This guy is a one and done kind of repairman. He won’t follow up. He will take your part money and run.
