I decided to try the salon at Ulta since my hair stylist moved away and I’ve been in need of an alternative. I loved getting Ulta points for getting my hair done!! I’m giving 5 stars as there was no wait time, it was super easy to make an appointment, and the price was as expected (and very reasonable compared to private stylists). Robby V cut my hair, it looks great and he did an awesome job brightening it up. My only issue was with Stacy (I think that was her name)…. she’s another stylist there who had absolutely nothing to do with my appointment, but clearly had a problem with my stylist and was completely unprofessional about it. Paula is absolutely amazing! She’s so friendly, attentive, and truly listens to what I want. I always feel like I’m in great hands with her honest guidance and expert touch. She consistently does a beautiful job on my blonde hair — I leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed every time. Highly recommend Paula to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy stylist!

The first time I visited Paula for my haircut, she made me feel comfortable and she understood my hair immediately. She won me over as a frequent client. I highly recommend Paula for a good haircut and a friendly service.
