I had 4 sliders and windows installed by SIW without a doubt they are terrific, I spoke to Bob Farkas when I walked into showroom I told him what we wanted and he said I can deliver with job done properly and very competitive price he was absolutely correct, his delivery , knowledge , presentation was incredible, the 2 installers were incredible, ( sorry to say I forgot their names) they had 2 sets workers came back to tweak the stucco extra caulk and even cleaned windows, somebody in that company knows how to train their people with customer service, Isabelle, Jennifer, and then we had Hillary who calls me at 829 am ( she starts at 830) to remind me of day of inspection...read full review

Very satisfied. From beginning to end, each team member was available and professional. My install team, headed by CoCo did a beautiful job. For a 3 day project, they took tremendous pride in how they cared for my home. I would recommend SIW :)

We purchased windows from SIW Impact Windows and Doors and they arrived when they said they would. Installation took 3 days as expected. The installers were very neat and protected the house from dust and they cleaned the windows as they installed them. Everything fit perfectly and they look great. I compared my lanai sliders to my neighbors and the quality of SIW's are far superior to theirs (from another manufacturer). Marvin windows are a quality product that I prefer over some unknown generic brand. SIW's customer service kept us informed during the manufacture, installation, and inspection process and I highly recommend SIW.
