My windows/sliding door installation was an unusually challenging one, due to original constraints provided by a 40-year-old apartment building. From the first contact with my salesman, Simon, was very helpful, and dealt patiently with my calls during the months preceding installation. The job required additional large support mullions, (not normally needed), as well as an installer hanging from the roof to install one fixed window with no other sensible access. Joel, Alain, and the team rose to the challenge! They even carried some of the very heavy, too-large-to-fit-in-the-elevator windows up to the 7th floor!...read full review
