They are very friendly and quickly available. If you need quick service they are definite the place. The technician was also friendly and very professional! The only consideration (at least on my job), was that the price was definitely higher than anywhere else.
Jordan was excellent! He gets a 10. He was familiar with slow draining vessel sinks but he listened to my suggestions and watched a video and understood the concept that 3 other plumbers couldn’t or wouldn’t try. By using the setup normally used for dishwashers and running an air line above the sink height fixed everything. He ran the tubing lines and fixed them in them in the wall and covered it with a blank plate. Thank you Jordan! Oh yeah, my wife converted a dresser into the vanity that everyone else was scared of.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Roto Rooter from the initial phone call to dealing with my rep Jordan. Jordan was an absolute Professional from start too finish. He dieted the problem , gave me a couple of option and then immediately took care of business. All the way down to a detail drawing of what was going on. I wish there were more than 5 stars to leave.
