I called R&R to find the root cause of voltage variability occurring in my home. The variability was causing lighting and appliance disruptions. A highly capable team was sent to my house, did a thorough inspection and quickly identified the issue as the incoming power. The team then worked with FPL to address the issue—ensuring that a replacement power line was installed. Both R&R and FPL were professional and efficient. The problem was solved. I give R&R 5 ⭐️’s! Great diagnostic work. R&R management was very polite and genuinely wanted to earn my satisfaction.
