I just have to say what a gem Jasmine is. First of all she is the nicest human . She is excellent with hair coloring and takes her time and skill to create the color you desire. I've been to a lot of hair salons over the years and never met someone who was so passionate and really cared. I am so happy to have met her. And so lucky to call her my friend now.
