I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and they said they were going to call me never got a call then I came back again and they told me they weren’t doing eyebrows and the lady in there said “bye” and laughed. Also they act like they don’t want to be bothered this place doesn’t have enough workers it’s ridiculous. They are mean. Feels like it has something to do with race.

I had a disappointing experience (regular pedicure that wasn’t cured properly, so it bunched up the next day when I wore my heels to work), BUT they redid the polish for me as soon as I walked in - no wait, no charge, and no questions asked. That’s good customer service. Much appreciated!!

Walked into my 2pm appointment at 2:01pm. Was not greeted and the woman was very rude when she finally spoke to me. They took me about 30 min late for my appointment I scheduled 2 days ago. Also took like two hours to do an acrylic fill. Overall unimpressed by their professionalism, service, and time management.

Eric gave me exactly what I wanted and took his time to shape them nicely! Stiletto, dip, with a v shaped French. Loved himThey did it again. Sun took his time and got creative with it! Love someone not scared of a challenge ❣️
