Dr. Cartledge is amazing but the place has never been the same since it was sold and they lost the best PA Christine k. Would no longer recommend. I left the practice after 10+ years and found much better care.

I highly recommend National Spine & Pain Centers in Delray Beach and am thankful to have been referred here. Dr. Cartledge was knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything clearly. The support staff was excellent. Parys and Elasha, were kind, organized, and professional. At the end of my appointment, the front desk even offered to help me locate the nearby surgical center after I mentioned having trouble finding the office initially. That level of attentiveness really stood out. Anyone considering care here can feel confident they’ll be treated with professionalism and respect from start to finish.

Wonderful team from reception to procedure staff. Compassionate staff, Dan Cartledge is on point with procedures necessary. From VIA DISC to injections.

Throughout the few years I have been a patient at National Spine and Pain there have been a few issues and at one point I thought to find a new doctors due to administrative issues. Now I can not say enough about the office managers and the front desk. The office manager Claudia is nothing short of an amazing asset. She kept her word to me and is an example of professionalism and kindness. The other office manager Ashley exemplifies patience and understanding that we do not see often. Both of these ladies get 5 stars from me and I would give them 10 if I could.

Showed up 22 minutes early to my 4:15pm appointment and was turned away and told my appointment was cancelled because new patient intake forms would take too long to complete even though I was told I was the last appointment of the day. Hours on the door say 5pm... I get it's Friday and people want to go home but using an excuse of paperwork to turn someone away who drove straight from work in Parkland and is over 20 minutes early is disingenuous. Think twice about scheduling here if you are working class.

    *Edit
An automated response for real patients with real issues with this practice only further solidifies my point. Steer away from this place, they can’t even take the time to address an issue and instead copy and paste the same response for everyone.

Recommend Dr. Cartledge and his Delray Beach staff for all you spine, back, knee and whatever hurts. He asks and listens and then makes recommendations entirely up to you. Have been seeing him for 4 years as well as my husband.
