This was my very first introduction to the holistic modality of reflexology. The instruction, education and practices that I am walking away with in just one weekend with Laura Norman and her team (Brandy Love + others) is unmatched in any other training I have experienced. Throughout the last 20 years, I have gone through many holistic wellness + yoga + sound + energy therapies with trainings or courses including consistent practices that have help to grown and educated me well. This weekend however was extremely new to me, refreshing, a little push past all my comforts and I’m so grateful to be placed in this direction in life that landed me here. I didn’t know what to expect coming in knowing very little about reflexology to begin and just trusting that it is where I’m supposed to be right now. I’m so impressed with the amount of topics we covered, guidance received, each & every student’s any question answered, practice time with our own personal models with feedback and working through demos / videos together. I would highly recommend Laura Norman + team for any curiosity on reflexology for personal experience or to expand your practices professionally and spread wellness, healing, and nurturing all around.

I recently attended one of the in person class weekends with Instructor Michael Edan. What an absolutely amazing weekend to learn along side of other students and to be able to have the freedom to apply our creativity & reflexology artistry during our student exchanges. I highly recommend the in person classes to learn new techniques, meet and bond with fellow students, and receive new and insightful learning materials, above and beyond the class materials. I just completed Laura Norman’s Foot Reflexology Part 3 with Brandy and it was excellent. Brandy’s teaching style is clear, encouraging, and very hands-on—she offered precise feedback on client documentation that improved my skills. The class was well-organized with plenty of practice time, helpful demos, and practical tips for client communication and session flow. I left feeling confident, better prepared for board certification, and excited to bring these advanced skills to my clients. Highly recommend this class and instructor!
