Everything about Kilbourne is top notch. Emily who you encounter first is very caring and has always been very accommodating and arranging what was needed. Eric and Yellen always diagnose the problem correctly and quickly and then expertly fix the issue. So very respectful and personable. Ive been using a Kilbourne for about 20 years and found them to be very fair with their pricing and have never disappointed.

Reviews
I called for an AC replacement. Mike the owner, came out promptly, evaluated the situation and offered several types of whole house systems.
Within, hours, I received the quotes and called back with the one I chose. The new one was installed in one day and is working great. The staff and installers were there for me, answered, all my questions, and showed me how to operate the system.
They left my place clean and I am cool again.
