Front desk women was extremely rude over the phone. She was dismissive and over annoyed by me calling to make appointment over the phone (potential first time client)

Front desk (Linton Blvd location) stated I will have to pay full 'outside of network' price for the appointment (that was booked with prior insurance plan verification) while insurance confirmed, this doctor is 'In Network'. Avoid!

The office staff is great! From Mary Jo helping me to transfer records, Elaina who made me comfortable before seeing Dr Udhe and a huge thank you to Adrian, Patient Coordinator helping schedule me with Dr Greenberg, all of their above & beyond care and hard work is much appreciated.
