I had a great experience with Shane. He came closer to the earlier part of the estimated arrival window and called on his way over. I very much appreciated the shoe covers he put on at the door, since we are a no-shoes house, and I didn’t have to ask! Shane walked me through the estimates for the work. Upon completion, he left the areas very clean. Before taking payment, he said that one of the jobs ended up being less complicated than expected, so he reduced the final payment by almost $100! That was a nice surprise! Would definitely call John the Plumber again for future needs and highly recommend them.
Highly recommend John the Plumber! Chris definitely set a new level for professionalism! During a service call to replace a kitchen faucet, I was provided with additional information (and high level of knowledge) regarding of a few additional items I may want to consider replacing in a near future. This was not a sales technique or meant to have me be concerned. Just the facts of how plumbing codes have changed, shown some water stop deterioration and non-workability! Just met with two people from John the Plumber and was very impressed. They did not charge a fee to just visit (unlike another company that wanted $175) and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.
