Dr. Q, Dr. Landis, Dr. Siegel, and the entire vet tech team have been so unbelievably amazing at taking care of our girls Remy (1) & Maya (11) over the past 6 years. They are always kind, thoughtful, and understanding when it comes to the fear/anxiety we sometimes get as pet parents, and have always made us feel comfortable reaching out - no matter how small the issue is. At the age of 12, we said goodbye to our beloved Lucky today. We are so appreciative of the option to say goodbye in such a kind and gentle manner. Dr. Daniela Landes and her assistant, could not have been more supportive and caring of both Lucky and myself. As, Dr. Landes, carried Lucky out of the waiting room, to prep him for the process, I heard her gently, softly and calmly, saying to Lucky, 'you're such a good boy, I love you Lucky'. You have no idea how much that touched my heart, knowing that he was in the exact right hands, at this most emotionally challenging time. Amazing team. Dr.Q squeezed me in last minute to help me get a health certificate I needed for international travel, her whole team was on board to get me the papers as fast as possible due to my poor planning. The best.
