She made me comfortable in continuing with making my appointment. Upon arriving to my appointment, I had x-rays done by Marlene who was so gentle and so sweet. Then came my cleaning, which I dread, and the hygienist, Missy was so understanding of my fears as I always associate a cleaning with pain and she was wonderful throughout my appointment. When it came time for me to meet with Dr Patterson, she was extremely thorough and took her time in explaining what would need to be done and why. She was very gentle and made me feel as if I was a patient for years. I highly recommend Dr Patterson and her staff as they made me feel very comfortable and they were all a pleasure to deal with!“
