The receptionist was very pleasant. Amber was extremely efficient as she checked my vision and I felt very confident that I got a thorough exam. We moved to Florida 18 months ago. The ophthalmologist and her practice were extraordinary and I’m pleasantly surprised that Dr. Winnick and his team offer me the same sense of professionalism as my husband and I had known from years gone by! Dr. Winnick’s warm smile is instantly assuring; his exam is thorough, and, he complimented the cataract surgery done by my previous ophthalmologist. I have tremendous faith in him!
I had a flight to catch and was not a current patient. I went in and asked for immediate help with an issue I was having and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Took me in immediately. I am now a patient and extremely happy
Sometimes a long wait to register. It would be great if the patient could choose a numbered ticket. & sit to wait to be called. Otherwise very courteous treatment by the staff. Dr. Schaefer, my Dr, always instills me with confidence. I highly recommend this office.
