I love Dr. Francesca Lewis and her team. Always so caring and kind. I have been going to her for years and I would highly recommend her and her team to everyone needing a dermatologist.

I had Hillary McDonald and I would not recommend her service. I walked in as a new patient expecting to get her advice about my acne and general skin health. When she walked in, she immediately scanned my whole body with a magnifying glass and almost walked out the door before I even got a chance to ask her what the scan was about! (I assumed it was a skin cancer evaluation but I didn't know forsure, since I'm a new patient and never had it done before.) When I did get her attention, it was with her hand on the door handle and her saying "it was nice to meet y-" and I was so frustrated, I had to interrupt her and say "wait! I want to know about my acne!" She nodded, acknowledging my acne scars, which then made me even more upset since she knew about it but didn't even bother bringing it up until I said something!
All my questions were answered with yes/no single worded answers and she spoke so curtly, I felt like I was on a timer. I myself work in healthcare and I understand the need for condensed visits. I'm not expecting an hour long meeting, but please don't treat me like I'm not important or that I'm delaying your day. She also assumed I knew a lot of information that I didn't know and I had to fish stuff out of her to make sure I got the information down clear.
I wish there was a visit summary printout that I could have been given so at least I would have walked away with a detailed report about my skin. She was out the door so fast (without giving me the freebies she said she would but that I was looking forward to), and I feel like I didn't get the full visit I paid for :(
Will not be coming back, and I do not recommend her for patients who are trying to learn about their health.

Doctor Lorraine and her staff are all amazing. I went in with multiple concerns and Lorraine was quick to diagnose and fix. Easy going and funny, Lorraine is very skilled and gentle. *****,5 stars all the way. Already booked my 6 month check up.

I am so grateful to be a patient here. Dr. Hillary is thorough and sweet and intelligent. The office staff and all of the nurses and assistants are helpful and friendly. I felt that my concerns were heard, and that the staff respected my quirky questions. I also appreciated that I could take a picture of my skin and send it to the nurse to look at to make sure it was healing correctly. We live in Florida, and it’s important to get body scans, so I highly suggest coming to this practice!
