On my initial contact by phone, I explained to the young lady that I was looking for a new dentist since my dentist was retiring, and that I wanted to schedule a cleaning. She advised me that they would not do anything until x-rays, etc were done at a cost of $400, that this would protect the dentist against malpractice. I felt like I shouldn’t have to pay for this testing so the dentist would be protected against malpractice suits, and it shouldn’t be my expense, I felt that was a bit excessive since I was searching for a new dentist and what if I decided not to stay with their office, I would be $400 out-of-pocket. Throughout the process of the treatment there was excellent communication but above all exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Strong recommendation to approach them if you are in need of dental care. You will not be disappointed
