Overall, I’m satisfied with experience. They did ask 100 questions about returning/repairing a firearm with known trigger issues. They did fix my issue. They DID NOT tell me that it was fixed and shipped. Obviously, delivery requires a signature and I was not home for 2 days to sign. On 3rd day, I was able to sign for package.

Side note: CENTURY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY IF YOU ARE NOT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF FIREARM. Even if it is a known Century factory defect.

Recently bought a new Canik TP9 Elite Combat and wow what a superb gun. mine did come with a defect with the trigger and had to send it back. Was really bummed about this expecting that it would take a month but i had a brand new trigger installed and the gun was back in my hands in two weeks. I'm not saying this will happen to you but I wanted to drive home the fact that their customer service is good. I actually sell firearms for a living and these firearm's rarely have defects. In fact this is the first time Ive seen one with a weird trigger issue. Hope this helps the company and the buyer.

I called the Vermont number and spoke with Maynard the gunsmith. Had a question about by C15 A2 Hbar Sporter. Maynard was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to Century. My C15 is a great firearm and I have high confidence with Century and their fine product line.
