We could not be happier with the new stone countertop for our primary bathroom. We only needed a small amount of stone and the typical slabs we were looking at were much too large (and expensive). Thank God we found Castle Tile that has both gorgeous large slabs as well as remnants. The remnant we chose is stunning and at a very reasonable price. The customer service at Castle Tile was amazing and Sam is the best! He was very patient with us as we selected our stone, and then came back questioning our decision (we stuck with our original choice and SO HAPPY!). I needed to put in a new kitchen island and countertop. I went to 3 tile/marble stores and finally ended up with a Castle Tile. I dealt with Sam. He was helpful, informative, and honest. We placed our order and within two weeks we someone there to do measurements. A week later he came back to install. Installation was perfect with no problems. The guys were wonderful and the experience was all that I expected. I would give Sam and Castle Tile two thumbs up from Customer Service to Price to installation. They were spot on.
