I have been going here for about 10 yrs, it is a good practice but I too have felt the front staff did not make me feel welcome. In fact, there were times I felt they acted very condescending. That did get better over the past year. My current physician is Dr. Griffith and she is very nice and puts a positive spin on how to improve your health. The practice has been in a state of transition for a couple of years now, but things are smoothing out.

Had my six month check up at West Volusia Medical Assoc/Advent Health Medical Doctors.They have such a smooth and organized procedure. The morning of your appt you will receive a text confirming your appt. You reply. They text you a link, you touch it, it takes you to a screen that says you may now come in wearing a mask and keep distance. You go in, up to check in, they ALL have masks on, they take your temp, ask info and you sit down in spaced out chairs to wait. They call you back and sit you in the exam room. They even have a wonderful space heater to keep you warm
