At first I was skeptical about this place since I had only heard about it from a coworker at work. Been without a/c in my 2016 Nissan Maxima for some time and heard this was a good option for second opinion. Been told prior I needed new compressor/condenser and would be thousands to fix. Ted at Total Car Care is one of the nicest and most honest mechanic around. Not only did he fix my issue at a fraction of cost from what I was told, but did it without replacing compressor. The issue was something else, now I have cold a/c for this Florida heat. Thank you! Would recommend this shop to anyone and will continue to choose Ted!

I have used Total Car Care on Old Daytona Rd for years - Ted is the best. Never a complaint about anything and always goes beyond to be helpful and informative. He has services several vehicles for our family over the years — Fords, Hondas, and Toyota — trucks, SUVs and sedans .

Ted over here at total car care is as honest as they come. But boy is he busy, (due to that reputation) find time to get your car worked on here, and you will receive high quality parts, good cost on labor, and peace of mind knowing that an automotive expert is handling your vehicles problems. I've had a myriad of work done on my 98 lesabre, including brakes that are still braking strong years later. By far the best Volusia county has to offer as far as mechanics, and I'd reckon many counties over. Amazing guy.
