Absolute trash company! Everyone gives a different story regarding information asked of them. To add insult to injury, they hired a rude receptionist. They may have gotten her for cheap. Do business with them at your own risk.

Andrea, was such a dear! Though I was out of compliance for my cpap she was professional at all times. Give my girl a raise ♥️♥️♥️

We experienced a critical failure in oxygen supply at this location. During an urgent situation, the center administrator refused to send oxygen tank replacements in the evening, which worsened my husband’s condition. This is extremely concerning for a provider of essential respiratory equipment.
I called again the next day during business hours, but the request was again refused, with no urgency or accountability. Staff were rude and dismissive.
When patients rely on oxygen to breathe, delays like this create a serious safety risk. I do not recommend this location.

My husband’s Bipap machine died unexpectedly and Donna was amazing! She helped my husband get his Bipap machine in record time and we are so grateful. Good customer service is hard to find these days and great customer service is almost obsolete. Sad but true. This experience was a nice reminder that there are still companies that care. The patient comes first with Sweetwater Medical. Thank you!

Since corporate giant Lincare bought them out the Sweetwater I knew does not exist anymore, service sucks and you the run around if you call them (first you have to get an advocate, which is near to impossible) Good luck dealing with corporate script readers!

We had a wonderful experience at Sweetwater. From initial phone inquiry to delightful greeting at reception to solving our issues with a CPAP machine the whole experience was friendly, professional, skilled, personal and educational. We will be back! We will also share our experiences with others.

Called in. Self-pay, no insurance. I have a prescription for a CPAP machine and parts, but they will NOT do a fitting for a mask unless I have insurance.

By Margaret Zgodzinski, not Joe. I wouldn't refer anyone to this business. It took appx 2mo for them to FINALLY call me for a CPAP appt. (I called weekly trying to get one, they kept saying Donna would call me back. Also verified they had all they needed fm Dr.) Spoke to Donna on one of those calls (2wks after they got paperwork fm Dr)but she said she was to busy to help me and said she'd call when she got to me on the list. Not a good sign. 1+ mo after speaking w Donna (and no call back) I went to a different business out of Eustice (referred by family member using them) I was fitted and using my CPAP just under 2 weeks. Not sure who wrote the Sweetwater referrals because the only thing accurate was everyone WAS nice, just no help. This whole ordeal was very frustrating. Glad it wasn't an emergency.Good luck.
