It’s been nearly two months since Remedy Surface Care cleaned, and sealed the grout in two bathrooms. It looks as good today as it the day it was completed. Having just retiled the floors we were disappointed that the grout became dirty and unattractive in a very short period of time and Remedy took care of the problem. It was done quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend the company.

We are so impressed with this company. Joe came a long way to see if he could even do anything about our brand new dolomite countertops that were etched, scratched, and just not polished properly. He thoroughly explained all the issues to us and said he could fix many of them. He stayed until we were satisfied and said he will stand by his work. We also want to thank Kim, who was wonderful throughout the entire process. She made scheduling so easy, was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about helping us. He was on time for our appt. He was very professional and explained what was going on with my granite in a way I could understand. And he did the repair the same day.
