I was in a pinch- literally!
It’s 2:15pm on a Friday- I called Meghan desperate for a same day appointment- she said “ give me just a minute to work on this” she called within 5 mins and said- “you’re going to meet Angel there at 3pm”
Angel and I had never met before this crazy day, and let me tell you-
I met her with some wildly tangled up energy- she met me with the exact frequency needed to untangle that mess I made!
My whole energy was stuck- she was calm and soft and understanding- but was she a beast on that mess? oh yeah!!!!!

My appointment was perfect in regard to timing. The location is ideal, use gps because it is easy to miss.
The driveway is a bit small but it opens to a parking area.
It was very well lit and clean. The building offered a quiet, peaceful environment. The staff was very friendly and ensured communication the entire time. We were able to target the problem area and by the end of session we accomplished relief from the discomfort!
Wow! What a great experience. Meghan is one of the best therapeutic (corrective) massage therapists I have had in a very long time. Her technique is spot on. She listened to what my needs were and then she let me know what her initial plan would be for the massage. She realized I had a very painful area that I had been guarding for a few years. She carefully talked me through what she was going to do and I was able to relax enough to allow her to work on that area. I have so much more mobility in that area than I have had for 3 years now. Meghan is super knowledgeable and talented. I highly recommend Meghan and Phoenix Body and Mind.
