Fantastic experience every time! Once I share my problem areas Meghan knows exactly what to do to relieve my pain. She finds areas needing attention that I didn't even know I had! She always provides ideas and suggestions that help me maintain a better physical wellness in between our sessions. She has also shown me how to recognize triggers in my daily life, such as stress, that my body reacts to and tools to help me be a better me!!
My husband and I just had a couples massage ! It was great. I have some major problem areas which I explained prior to the massage. My therapist worked on my calves and really loosened my calves up. I have gotten many massages through the years. This was the first one that i actually felt a huge difference in my calves and feet. Just love it! Will be back and get a monthly massage !
