Phoenix Body & Mind, established in 2015, is a wellness center in DeLand that specializes in massage therapy and life coaching. Clients appreciate the licensed massage therapists who use various techniques, including prenatal, sports, and lymphatic drainage massages, to address specific needs. Many have experienced significant relief from pain and stress. A couples massage was great, and a therapist worked on major problem areas like calves and feet, making a huge difference. Gina provided a great massage with firm pressure and was compassionate and kind, making it a beautiful and restorative experience.
