I was having shoulder pain due to overtraining and straining my muscles. I had the pain for weeks. I scheduled an appointment with Meghan. After one visit, she was able to help relieve the shoulder pain. She was firm, but gentle. She explain to me all the muscles involved and educated me on to prevent future injuries. I highly recommend her and plan to go back soon. Thank you Meghan.
I loved the free 5-min chair neck massage at Orange Theory event. Very therapeutic and relaxing! I signed up for the buy 4, get 5 full body therapeutic massages. Looking forward to my first session next week!
Do yourself a favor and go get a massage from master licensed massage. Therapist, Miss Gina she is incredible. I feel like a new woman. This is the best massage I’ve ever had in my life so far.
