I have to say, I was skeptical at first because a few bad reviews popped up on Google. BUT, after being turned away from several dry cleaners in the area because “it just isn’t possible to clean my shirts because the dyes in the threads will bleed” I gave Mitchell Cleaners a chance that I will never regret! Though it took an extra day, it was worth the wait! The staff took extra special care of my items I brought in ensuring that they were restored to their once former glory! Great customer service. There was a mistake with the alterations that I tried to get done, which was not their fault directly and while I was upset with the situation itself, I understood it wasn’t their fault and their customer service was very professional and sincere.Services: Alterations

Excellent service and friendly staff! The girl whom I dropped my order off with was friendly and efficient. I dropped off two of my husbands suits on Thursday-one that I needed by Friday and the other could be returned to me at their convenience which I was told would be ready Monday. Not only did they accommodate my rush order but the next day when I picked up they had completed BOTH suits and they didn’t even charge me the extra for the rush order which I initially was quoted an additional $5 per piece-which I would have happily paid for as they were accommodating my last minute needs.
