I’m leaving for Thailand very soon and needed to get an outfit for a wedding I’ll be attending over there dry cleaned. I had never used a dry cleaner before and was told if I dropped it off Tuesday evening I could pick it up on Saturday (Thursday is thanksgiving and they’d be closed.) I’m leaving on Sunday and a Sat pickup is cutting it close. I explained my situation to the lady on the phone and she was so polite and kind. She understood my situation and put a rush on the cleaning for me to be extra sure I’d have my outfit in time. Let me preface this review with I cannot guarantee you the same service that I got. But... I found out Thursday before this post that my oldest brother had passed I called several dry cleaners asking them if they could clean my suit as a rush job because I was going to need to fly out Saturday or Sunday home to Ohio. The only one that could do it with this company not only did they clean it it is spotless and looks brand new. I dropped it off at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday I had it in my hands at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. This place is always reliable for getting my JROTC uniforms cleaned and it's at a good price and couldn't ask for more. The only recommendation I can give to new customers is be careful pulling up and coming out of the driveway.
