I appreciated that she stayed committed to completing my checklist, which made me feel comfortable and not left hanging. She also added thoughtful touches like using my second set of curtains to dress up two sitting chairs and rearranging my bathroom decor, which made the space feel refreshed and cozy.
She was pleasant, helpful, and put effort into making the home look nice visually. Overall, it was a good general cleaning experience. I gave 4 stars because my family and I also helped with some of the cleaning, and I have not had enough professional cleaning experiences yet to properly compare what would make a full 5 star experience for me.
My first time with Maids Are Us and they surpassed my expectations! From scheduling the appointment to communicating prior to arrival, I was impressed with the organization. And when the representatives, Zody & Donna arrived they were amazing. They were professional pleasant and Worked efficiently and thoroughly. They both did an outstanding job. Great team and company.
I can’t recommend this cleaning company highly enough. We needed a last-minute deep clean under very unique circumstances — my elderly father was coming home after surgery and had been away from the house for over a month. We wanted him to return to a space that felt clean, fresh, and welcoming.
This team went above and beyond in every way. They were compassionate, professional, and incredibly thorough. The house was spotless — it honestly exceeded our expectations. Knowing my father could come home to such a clean and comfortable environment gave our family real peace of mind.
